MacOS MDM Enrollment Instructions

These instructions will help you to get your device enrolled so that we can provide you with IT support in real-time. 

Reminder do not enroll any personal devices. 

1. Click on the link provided in the email
   

2. Select Allow to allow downloads from Syncro, go to your downloads folder in Finder, and double click the downloaded file that begins with Syncro Desktop

Note: If you are using Chrome, at the bottom left of your browser window, select the file to open it.

3. When the program window opens, select Continue
   

            

4. Select Install

5. Enter your Credentials and select Install Software
   
   
   

6. Wait for the program to complete running
   
   
   

7. Click Provide Permissions for Full Disk Access
   

8. Click the lock on the bottom left corner to make changes

9. Enter your Credentials again and click Unlock

            

10. Scroll down and Check the box next to where it says SyncroMSP
    

11. Follow steps 7-10 for Screen Recording Permissions
    

12. Go back to the installer and click Continue

14. You should see a page stating the installation completed successfully, click Close
